The pretty area around Moycullen provides unspoilt hamlets and villages, whilst Moycullen itself is a perfect base to tour the counties of Galway, Mayo and Clare. A short distance away are the beaches of Salthill and Spiddal and for fishing enthusiasts, the Ballyquirke and Ross lakes are ideal for coarse fishing, whilst Lough Corrib is famous for trout fishing. Attractions well worth seeing are The Connemara Marble Factory and the Celtic Crystal Factory and three excellent golf courses are nearby.
