The cottage has one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a ground floor double bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a fitted kitchen with woodburning stove, a dining area and a pantry, a utility room, a sitting room with an inglenook fireplace and a woodburning stove and a conservatory with an informal dining area. Outside there is off road parking for 6 cars (2 under a car port) and bike storage and a front garden with two small lawns and a patio plus a separate gravelled sitting area with furniture and a barbecue.
