There is a first floor bathroom with bath and basin, and a separate WC, along with a second floor cloakroom with basin and WC and a ground floor utility with WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen, a dining room with open fire, a sitting room with gas fire and a second sitting room with multi-fuel stove and patio doors to the cottage garden. The garden is to the rear of the property, with furniture, BBQ and a small unfenced pond.
