The apartment is mostly on the first floor level and sleeps seven people in two bedrooms - one ground floor super king-size double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC and one super king-size double. There is also a study with a sofa bed suitable for one person and a first floor conservatory with double sofa bed. Guests have a bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, basin and WC, and there is also a separate first floor basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with small dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, along with a shared garden with lawns, views of the Brendon Hills and furniture.
