The Old Station House is a detached property in the small village of Croft, less than five miles from Skegness. The cottage has a double room and a single room, a bathroom and additional ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with woodburner and breakfast area and a sitting room with dining area and a second woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture and a shared woodland area with two ponds.
