The Granary is a barn conversion located 1.5 miles from the village of Belton, in Leicestershire. The property sleeps sixteen people in six bedrooms - two first floor king-size doubles (one with an en-suite shower room, the other with a double futon, free-standing roll-top bath and basin in bedroom and separate WC), a 4ft double and three ground floor doubles (one with en-suite shower room). There are also a main ground floor shower room and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a luxury fitted kitchen with dining area and a first floor minstrels' gallery with double futon. Outside, there is a shared external games room with pool table, darts and shuffle board, with a shared pilates/dance studio, along with off road parking for 10 cars, lockable bike storage and a large patio area with furniture and BBQ. With lovely walks and cycle routes close by, and the university town of Loughborough within easy reach, The Granary makes a great base for a special holiday with family or friends.
