Within a short stroll of the beach and having lovely views over the surrounding countryside, including distant sea glimpses over the dunes, this comfortable apartment is situated on the second floor of an impressive detached property. Overlooking a large communal lawn and garden it is ideal for small families or couples looking for a comfortable base within easy walking distance of the village pubs, shops and cafes. As The Bolthole is at the top of the building it features some sloping ceilings in parts adding a touch of style and character. The living room features huge picture windows making the room light and bright and with soft cushioned window seats to relax and enjoy the lovely view. The modern fitted dining kitchen has a door out onto the spacious balcony perfect for dining al fresco or just relaxing on a summer's evening. Distant sea glimpses are enjoyed from the double bedroom and the twin bedroom benefits from a door out onto the balcony. A modern bathroom completes the facilities.
