Swallow Cottage is a single storey barn conversion in a rural setting on the owner's cattle and equestrian farm, on the edge of the Hampshire village of Durley, just two miles from Botley. With one twin bedroom and one four poster double with an ensuite, the cottage can sleep four people. The accommodation also includes a family shower room, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a small lawned garden with outdoor furniture. With the owner able to can arrange horse riding lessons or hacking from the equestrian centre, Swallow Cottage is perfect for any budding equestrian.
