Approached over a sweeping driveway it nestles in spacious private gardens and offers fabulous outdoor space for summer barbecues or al fresco dining while enjoying the lovely sea views, and lots of room for children to run and play. Little Hatch is light and airy inside, with a comfortable dual aspect living / dining room providing the backdrop for many fun filled family breakfasts while planning the day ahead, or just relaxing at home. For holidays in the slightly chillier months, the open fire will become a favourite focal point. A sun lounge extends the living area and is the perfect spot for catching up with the morning newspapers or for the grown- ups to enjoy a glass of wine in the warmth of a summers evening. The large games room will keep the children occupied with table tennis, darts or mini snooker and the TV for games and DVDs is a definite plus point. Overlooking the front garden, the kitchen is well equipped and additional appliances are housed in the adjacent utility room. There are three bedrooms in Little Hatch, a spacious master double room and an attractive twin room are located off the hallway, together with the pristine family bathroom. A second smaller bright and sunny double room is accessed from the rear of the games room, and has patio doors out onto the garden. Little Hatch is in a great location for exploring the outstanding natural beauty of North Devon, nearby Woolacombe has stunning golden beaches, great family friendly pubs and restaurants or for a change of pace the picturesque village of Mortehoe offers a heritage centre, rocky coves and access to miles of scenic coastal and inland walks, perfect for both casual or more experienced walkers.
