Little Brook is a beautifully presented terraced cottage situated in a well-maintained holiday development on the outskirts of the lively town of Kenmare, 19 miles from Glengarriff, in County Kerry. The cottage can sleep up to five people in three bedrooms comprising a double room with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a twin room and a single room. There is also a main bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC, along with a ground floor basin and WC. The cottage offers an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (seats 5), while outside there is a lawned garden to the rear with woodland views, furniture and a BBQ, along with shared access to a picnic area overlooking the Kenmare River. Off road parking is available for 3 cars. Just a short stroll from the water’s edge and ideally located for touring the Ring of Kerry and Ring of Beara, Little Brook is a lovely cottage in a wonderful part of Ireland.
