18th Century character cottage. High quality, recently renovated cottage in attractive village location.
Situated in the centre of this charming and peaceful village with post office/general stores, and choice of character pubs serving good meals. A small road leads directly out of the village, over a humped back bridge crossing the River Mole and onto some of the most glorious parts of Exmoor National Park. Superb walking and riding beckons on the rolling moorlands with miles of trails and superb picnic spot destinations, including the renowned beauty of Landacre Bridge. Just three miles from the town centre amenities and quaint antique shops of South Molton, with choice of sandy beaches or more rugged Exmoor coastline within a 30 minute scenic drive.
The cottage was newly converted for the 2010 season to high specifications and is very comfortably furnished and well equipped, including oil fired central heating throughout. Three delightful bedrooms - double and two single bedded. Bathroom/wc with electric shower and heated towel rail. Additional wc in courtyard.
