Just a 30-minute drive from Dartmoor National Park and 50 minutes from Plymouth.

Rural Retreats are delighted to offer two stunning villas, ideally located adjacent to the recently refurbished Salcombe Harbour Hotel & Spa within the heart of Salcombe town itself. Both properties have been designed to a particularly high standard and offer spectacular views of the beautiful Salcombe Estuary.

Getting there by boat? Parking can be included! … Moor up alongside the villa. Four Swinging moorings area's are available where there is a slip way providing access to the villa. If you’re travelling by car, complimentary parking for one car is also included with the option of arranging for more if required via a chargeable valet parking service.
