Champmere is a spacious first floor apartment in a converted house with absolutely glorious views to Threlkeld and Blencathra. It is situated opposite Threlkeld village at the entrance to St Johns in the Vale, with numerous walks from the doorstep. It takes 15 minutes to walk into Threlkeld where you will find two good pubs, one serving bar meals and one with a restaurant. The bustling town of Keswick is 4 miles and here you will find a wealth of amenities and visitor attractions. Champmere is easily accessed being only 1/2 mile from the A66 and 15 minutes from the motorway.
