It is located 6 miles south of the market town of Faversham and the area has lots of attractions - a visit to Farming World at Boughton is a must for the children, Brogdale Farm - home to the National Fruit Collection is close by along with the beautiful Georgian house of Belmont, set in parkland gardens. More gardens at Doddington Place also with birds of prey flying demonstrations! Within easy reach are historic Canterbury, the seaside town of Whitstable, iconic Leeds Castle and with excellent road and fast rail links to London and beyond - what better place to make your Kent holiday base? The vaulted ceilings make the space light and bright and the stunning woodburner ensures warmth whatever the time of year. There are comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV/DVD plus an extending dining table. The Kitchen Area provides an electric oven and hob with extractor hood, eye-level combination microwave, a washer dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, full size dishwasher and wine cooler. There is a freezer located in the attached store

Bedroom 2 has twin beds with can be zipped together to form a super-king size if required

Heating: Oil fired underfloor heating and woodburning stove.
Also Provided: First basket of logs. £3 per basket thereafter.
Notes: Ramp available. No pets due to farm livestock. The farms dairy heifers are housed in the adjacent barns over winter.
