Avocets Description

All on one level, this delightful property backs onto Holt Country Park. The town centre has a huge variety of shops and cafes. The seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer are just 15 minutes away. Blakeney and Cley are even closer.

The lovely Georgian town of Holt has a charm and character all of its own and boasts a selection of interesting shops, including many antique shops, as well as good restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. On the edge of the town the Green Flag awarded Holt Country Park, has over 100 acres of woodland to discover with many organised events and there is also excellent bird watching in the area. The coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just four miles away with the sandy beach at Sheringham a further two miles.
