THIS DELIGHTFUL PROPERTY IS SITUATED IN THE GROUNDS OF THE ROUSDON ESTATE Set on a complex of properties and offers many of its original features and a unique holiday experience. Nestled on the Jurassic Coast (England s first natural World Heritage Site) this unique stretch of coastline has joined the ranks of the Great Barrier Reef and the Grand Canyon as one of the wonders of the natural world and is famous for fossils and day to day there are many new discoveries which are constantly being uncovered including exceptionally well preserved dinosaurs and dinosaur footprints. Lyme Regis is a short drive away which offers an unspoilt seafront with sheltered south-facing beaches and provides a perfect environment in which children can play and adults can relax in the traditional deckchairs that still line the promenade in summer. Many boat excursions run from the ancient harbour for pleasure and fishing trips. The estate boasts 350 acres of land and direct access to the Axmouth to Lyme Regis Undercliffs National Nature Reserve where wild deer foxes rabbits and squirrels can often be seen. There are many attractions in the area including the charming resorts of Beer Seaton Sidmouth Branscombe and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double room looking over the estate with en-suite shower room with WC 1 zip-and-link bed which can be a double or twin and 1 bunk bedroom. Also upstairs is a small chill out area accessed via steep stairs. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with flatscreen TV DVD iPod docking station and hi-fi. Kitchen: with electric cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Amenities: parking for 2 cars in car park very close by. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Cot and highchair available. Regret no pets or smoking. Location: beach 3.5 miles shop and pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.
