REVERSE LEVEL ACCOMMODATION WITH SEA VIEWS Set in an elevated position this property is perfectly positioned for enjoying many of the facilities the town has to offer. There is an array of shops pubs and restaurants to choose from. The bustling harbour is also a wonderful place to relax and watch the boats go by. Further afield there are some lovely cliff-top walks or you could explore the North Devon coastline with its large sandy beaches and sheltered coves. There are also many historic places to visit such as the National Trust Arlington Court or you could take a drive onto Exmoor National Park for some fantastic walks and rugged scenery. In the evenings you can either stroll into town for some nightlife or relax on the enclosed rooftop and enjoy a BBQ with a glass of wine. The upside down accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all with flatscreen TV and Freeview: downstairs 2 super king-size rooms with their own en-suite shower rooms WC and basin. These rooms can be made into twin beds on request. Upstairs offers 1 king-size which is low to the floor with iPod dock and access onto the rooftop terrace. Bathroom: with bath separate shower WC and basin. Lounge/diner: with flatscreen TV Freeview DVD and access to the roof terrace. Kitchen: well-equipped offers double electric oven and hob large American style fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: downstairs with separate washer/dryer. Outside: roof terrace with far reaching sea views and outdoor seating. Amenities: parking for 3 cars 2 in the garage and 1 outside. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included.
