If you can tear yourself away enjoy strolling the coast paths from the property or venture further afield and explore the whole of South Devon with attractions to suit all tastes. Locally are the farming market towns of Totnes and Kingsbridge selling great local produce or visit the nautical towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth boasting fantastic seafood restaurants and great shopping. Dartmouth is also renowned for its Naval College and stunning castle. Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican Theatre and Aquarium and Dartmoor with its breath taking scenery and array of wildlife are all a short drive from your door. Or why not simply unwind on the decking with a glass of wine and take in the beautiful view of the village and out over to sea. The conservatory is just off the lounge and is reached via three steps offering lounge seating with board games and books.
