FISHERMAN S COTTAGE LOCATED A STONE S THROW FROM APPLEDORE QUAYSIDE This refurbished former fisherman s cottage furnished in a comfortable and contemporary style is a stone s throw to the popular quayside of Appledore with its many family pubs and shops. Take a short drive to Instow with its sandy beach or venture further afield with North Devon offering attractions to suit all tastes which include Tapeley Park Maritime Museum The Big Sheep The Milky Way and The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island to name but a few. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minutes drive. The spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles on the first floor and 1 twin on the top floor accessed via a cottage style staircase. Bathroom: new with separate walk in shower roll-top bath and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and woodburner. Dining room: with gas fire. Kitchen: new with electric oven gas hob fridge dishwasher washing machine freezer microwave and CD/radio. Outside: french doors leading from the dining area to a small enclosed patio area with seating and outside WC (ideal for sandy kids!). Amenities: nearby roadside parking.
