Dolphin Court is located just off The Esplanade, at the bottom of Rockfield Road and within a short stroll of the beautiful Blue Flag beach. We feature two apartments in this imposing Victorian conversion, which comprises five apartments in total. Stylishly furnished and beautifully presented each offers high quality modern accommodation with an individual private terrace and lovely sea views.

Both apartments are situated on the ground floor with easy access for families or less mobile guests. Private allocated parking is to the front of the building and apartment one has easy ramped access. As the apartments are adjacent to each other they can be booked together to sleep ten in total, ideal for the larger family. Apartment one welcomes a pet and has a reduced tariff for couples in low season

Only a stones throw from Woolacombe's lovely beach, this spacious and stylish ground floor apartment has all the modern home comforts you would expect. Entering through the tiled hallway leads you to the living room with oak flooring and Victorian fireplace with gas fire, and this gives access to the small front terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beach. The spacious contemporary kitchen/diner, with solid beech worktops and original pine flooring is all well equipped, with a large table for family gatherings. Very good facilities are provided with three bedrooms, the master bedroom having an ensuite. There is also a separate family shower room and a further bathroom off the hallway. The shared rear patio which provides surf board and wetsuit racks is accessed from the second bedroom. Steps leads up to a large shared decked area . This tranquil apartment provides the perfect location for holidays at any time of the year.

Kitchen/diner/everyday room, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and stereo. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 1 with King, TV and DVD, en suite double size shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin with "zip n link" option to King on request, TV and DVD. Bedroom 3 with Twin, TV and DVD. Shower room with WC and wash basin.

Facilities and services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Regret no pets. No smoking. Telephone for local calls. Private parking and roadside parking available. The apartment is available for weekly bookings starting any day of the week in low season. No short breaks. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
