In an idyllic setting overlooking the village green and bordering common land with footpaths just yards from the door, these two delightful cottages, though very different in style, offer comfortable, interiors with masses of character. Set in the grounds of the owners' home, they are only 4 miles from the charming little town of Reepham, which has a good local pub/restaurant and several excellent shops. Sandy beaches at Overstrand and Cromer, the cathedral city of Norwich, the beautiful reed lined waterways of the Broads and the N.T.'s Blickling and Felbrigg Halls all lie within an easy drive. Several golf courses can be found nearby as well as coarse fishing at Swannington, 2 miles.

One bedroom. Set next to the owners' house with its own lovely little secluded garden. Kitchen with breakfast bar. First floor Sitting/dining room with doors to balcony. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
