The perfect choice for a family holiday, these two cottages nestle with four other properties amidst 40 acres of farm and woodland with a superb variety of activities to enjoy. There are wildlife habitats and nature trails to explore, picnic spots and a lake with rowing boats, children especially will love feeding the farm animals ponies, donkeys, cows, goats, sheep, pigs, ducks, chickens and rabbits. Mountain biking, football, croquet, skittles, a putting green, badminton, tree houses, trampolines, indoor swings, slides and, for the younger ones, a play area and a large 'sand pit' are just some of the attractions freely on offer. The Manor Farm Estate is open to the public daily from 10am to 6pm and cottage visitors may choose to enjoy the additional facilities (at extra charge) of an indoor heated swimming pool (bookable for sole use at 5 per hour per party), supervised pony riding and quad biking. Approached by a private drive, the Estate is just a mile's stroll from the charming Cotswold town of Lechlade, its riverside setting home to good pubs, shops and many other amenities including fishing. A renowned wildlife park, water sports at the vast Cotswold Water Park, Burford, Cirencester and Oxford are all within an easy drive.
