Situated in a superb rural setting on North Wold Farm, they each enjoy their own peaceful lawned gardens offering extensive countryside views over the 380 acres of arable farmland to which visitors have access to paths for walking and cycling (there are several safe cycleways). Seaside activities are available at Scarborough (6 miles) and Filey (4 miles), and there is golf, tennis and riding and sports hall at Hunmanby just 2 miles away. Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall, Bempton Cliffs (RSPB), and the moors of Heartbeat country are all within 10 miles. Whitby 22 miles. Village inns, shops and restaurant 2 miles.
