As well as its own moorings and fishing from the bank, the cottage boasts a large south facing verandah overlooking the river and across to an island where bird and wildlife abound. Within 150 yards are two excellent dining pubs, a local shop/P.O. and boat hire. Main railway station 1 mile, superstore 1 miles.
