Within 2 miles of fine sandy beaches and only a few minutes' walk from a boating lake, this comfortable 18th century cottage enjoys a convenient roadside location on the fringes of Newquay. Trenance Gardens and the zoo, an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts are all about a mile, and a lovely walk along the Gannel estuary leads to Crantock beach and village, with its thached cottages and quaint inn. The National Trust property of Trerice is 2 miles and Lanhydrock (also N.T.) about a hour drive. To the west lies Holywell Bay Fun Park (5 miles), whilst Wadebridge (16 miles) offers cycle hire for exploring the Camel Trail. Golf and riding are available locally. Pub and shop 500 yards.
