Skegness, with its famous fantasy island and wealth of family fun, is just 5 miles away and, within a short drive, Anderby Point's miles of sandy beaches and the Gibrlatar Point nature reserve offer gentler pleasures. The beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds are a joy to explore as are the cathedral and cobbled streets in glorious Lincoln, whilst a trip to Horncastle is a must for antiques lovers. Louth, Spilsby and Alford are all an easy drive. Shops and pubs mile.
